Payment Terms
Strictly 45 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received goods. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You must email advice that goods are being returned noting the invoice number the good(s) refer to.
Delivery
Delivery ex stock is usually despatched within 48 hours.
