The ProEdge smart latch automatically locks out delinquent tenants.

PTI’s latest innovation in unit security, ProEdge, enhances security and automates manual tasks for operators, such as lock checks and overlocking. When a tenant falls behind on rent payments, they are marked as delinquent in the Property Management System (PMS). In the StorLogix Cloud (SLC), the delinquent tenant will appear as “suspended,” and their ProEdge latch will automatically restrict access to their unit. Once the tenant pays their overdue balance, the smart latch will unlock automatically, requiring no action from the operator.

By implementing a solution with automatic overlocking, operators can encourage timely rent payments, improve collections, and devote more time to revenue-generating activities.
