‼️StorLogix Cloud Connection Notification

We are writing to confirm that the ability for PTI customers to connect to the StorLogix Cloud (SLC) software was interrupted last night, from around 5:45 PM to 3:00 AM AEDT.

This was a direct result of a widely reported outage on our hosting platform, AWS (Amazon Web Services).

We anticipate that your customers’ access should not have been affected, as the PTI system successfully shifted into standalone mode during this time.
